Privacy
Last updated: 23 September 2026. Stockilm processes information needed to provide its website, student dashboard, education, support, and application services.
What we collect
- Name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country, and application responses you submit through Stockilm pages.
- Booking, payment status, onboarding, course access, community access, support, and referral information.
- Student dashboard data including strategies, journals, trades, risk-to-reward results, reviews, screenshots, competition records, and achievements.
- Broker report data you choose to import, including parsed executions, prices, quantities, commissions, timestamps, and account identifiers reduced where practical.
- Optional website analytics and application attribution only after you allow analytics. Use Privacy settings on any website page to decline or withdraw. Applications, requested forms and guide navigation work with analytics declined. A saved choice lasts up to 180 days; if browser storage is blocked, it applies only to the current page.
How we use it
- Deliver PDFs, free training access, application follow up, booking reminders, and onboarding instructions.
- Operate account access, trade journaling, performance reports, coaching, competitions, scanner features, and requested chart analysis.
- Maintain CRM, membership, support, fraud-prevention, security, and operational records.
- Publish a student's first name and aggregate results only where Stockilm has recorded permission for public results.
Data sharing
Stockilm uses service providers required to operate the service. These may include Vercel for hosting, Supabase for authentication and database storage, Close for CRM and Zapier for application processing, Thinkific for course delivery, Stripe for payments, Typeform for applications, Resend for email, Discord for community access, Anthropic for chart-image analysis requested by a user, and Massive or Benzinga for market data. Optional Google Analytics receives only approved page and interaction events after analytics consent. These events exclude contact details, referral tokens, guide answers, URL query parameters and fragments, and full browser referrer URLs. Recognised search, AI and social referrers are reduced to their website origin; approved campaign labels may be used to measure acquisition. Automatic Vercel Web Analytics and Meta tracking are disabled on this website. Guide answers are kept in the current page memory rather than saved in browser storage, and are not sent to analytics. Providers may process data in other countries under their own contractual and security controls. Stockilm does not sell personal information.
Broker data and screenshots
Broker imports and trade screenshots are treated as private student data. Screenshot storage is private and access-controlled. Do not upload passwords, API secrets, full account statements that are not required, or identity documents. Imported source files are parsed for dashboard use; Stockilm stores the resulting records needed for reporting.
Retention
Data is retained while an account is active and for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain financial and support records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. Retention may differ by record type. Stockilm will delete or anonymise information when it is no longer required and no exception applies.
Security and choices
Stockilm uses encrypted HTTPS connections, access controls, private storage, row-level database permissions, administrator multi-factor authentication, and operational monitoring. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your password and webhook URLs private and contact Stockilm promptly if you suspect misuse.
Your requests
For access, correction, deletion, objection, consent withdrawal, or public-results removal requests, contact operations@stockilm.com. Stockilm may need to verify the request and may retain limited data where required for legal, accounting, fraud prevention, or contractual reasons.
